We offer the most diverse line up of group exercise classes in Yellowknife! During the winter season we run more than 30 fitness classes, including Cardio Rebound, Body Blast, Cardio Kick, Extreme Interval Training (Bootcamp) and MAX Strength. Your membership also includes specialty classes such as Yoga, PowerCORE, NIA Technique, Mixed Martial Arts and Spin (indoor cycling) at no extra cost! Our studio has hardwood flooring, wall to wall mirrors, and natural light. We also offer regular Feature Classes in which we highlight specific classes and invite participants to stay after class to socialize with a complimentary after-workout beverage, snack and a chance to win a draw prize.

Monthly workshops are also available to our members from September to May. Keep on checking out our newsletter every month for the most up to date information on these programs.
