Employment Opportunities
We offer the most diverse line up of group exercise classes in Yellowknife! During the winter season we run up to 35 fitness conditioning classes, including Cardio Rebound, NewBody, Cardio Drills, and MAX Strength. We also includes specialty classes such as Yoga, PowerCORE, NIA Technique, Circuit Training and SPINNING (indoor cycling). Our studio has hardwood flooring, wall to wall mirrors, and natural light.
Monthly workshops are also available to our members from September to May. Keep on checking out our newsletter every month for the most up to date information on these programs.
